Your enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we store your contact details, site address, project details, requested products and quantities, and consent so our team can respond. Your enquiry is saved before we attempt to notify the team by email.

We use these details to handle your enquiry. Please contact us if you need to correct your details or ask about information you have shared. You can send artwork or photos separately by email, quoting your enquiry reference.

Guest carts and order requests

An essential session cookie keeps your guest cart and order draft connected while you browse. Cart selections do not require an account. When you submit an order request, we store the customer and delivery details you provide, your notes, the submitted product specifications, quantities, prices and totals, and your order reference so the request can be reviewed and serviced.

Order information is saved before notification emails are attempted. Delivery, payment, artwork approval and production remain unconfirmed until the Adeshwar team reviews the request.

Optional customer accounts

If you create an account, we store your name, verified email address and a securely hashed password. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. Verification and password reset emails contain private, expiring links; keep these links confidential.

You can save, edit and remove delivery addresses, view orders linked to your account, and review invoices, payment reports and fulfilment updates. Saved address changes do not alter records already submitted with an order. Reorders use current prices and availability.

Previous guest orders are only linked after a separate verification sent to the original order email address. Creating an account does not automatically claim guest orders. Accounts remain optional, and guest ordering stays available.

Private invoice and payment links

After an order is reviewed and confirmed, Adeshwar may issue a private, expiring link that shows the corresponding invoice, bank-transfer instructions, payment status and fulfilment status. Anyone with the link may be able to view that information, so keep it confidential and ask our team to replace it if it is shared accidentally.

If you report a bank transfer, we store the bank reference you used, the amount and date you report, and any optional note so finance can reconcile the claim against the business bank account. A report does not itself verify payment. We do not ask for or store your online banking password, one-time security code or card details.

Browsing the website

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Essential session and security cookies keep the cart working and protect enquiry and order submissions. Standard technical request information may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver the website, and short-lived security records help limit automated abuse.
